Responsibilities
You will be responsible for direct interface with the sales team and customers to provide technical support and solutions. You will design new marketing data and formulations driven by customer needs and market trends. You will be responsible for the evaluation of sensory, stability, and efficacy performance of materials. You will present new data to the market via conferences, trade show speaking engagements and white papers.

Technical Knowledge and Skills

Position Requirements
Education: A bachelors degree or higher in a life science.
Experience: 5+ years experience in personal care formulating and/or ingredient testing
IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, with a strong capability for presentation creation, Project management software
Language Skills: Verbal and written fluency in English.
Working arrangements: 5 days on site.
Traveling required: Trade shows, customer visits as required.
