HR Business Partner will support and work closely with the HR manager Netherlands. The main purpose is to establish a robust and consistent HR framework including grading, policies and labor conditions and work on projects.

Establish a robust and consistent HR framework, including grading, policies, labor conditions and processes
Explain policies and HR framework to managers and employees and ensure adherence
Maintaining and ensuring systems, records and reporting are up-to-date, accurate and compliant, processes are well documented and procedures comply with external and internal regulations.
Overseeing payroll process and transition to new provider
Business partnering with managers
Developing and implementing local HR programs, practices and processes
Implementing and executing global HR programs and processes
Advising on and executing remuneration, working conditions, absence, working relations, employment law, grievances and disciplinary procedures
Leading or participating in global, regional or local projects
What will it take
Education: Bachelor’s degree in related discipline or relevant experience Experience: Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including experience with labor law and labor conditions
IT Skills: Experience using Workday is strongly preferred
Language Skills: Fluent Dutch and advanced English
Working arrangements: The role will be based at the production site in Amsterdam. Working from home 1 day per week is an option. Working parttime (80%) is an option. The position will be employed through an one year fixed term contract
