"The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on our business. Our response has had three clear priorities: the safety of our workforce, maintaining reliable supply to our customers and optimizing our financial performance.
The COVID-19 pandemic and the global measures being taken to mitigate its impact have resulted in significant change for our employees, customers and shareholders. We have had an executive team in place since January to manage our response and the business has reacted swiftly and efficiently."

OUR PEOPLE
Our top priority is to do the right thing for our people, in the knowledge that they will look after our customers. Their ability to do so was significantly enabled by our digital technology investments over the years.
At our 22 global manufacturing plants, employee wellness protocols, hygiene and social distancing measures helped to keep our people safe.
Enhanced employee communications, improved health benefits and well- being resources ensured continued engagement and close collaboration across the organization.
Many of these changes have been beneficial from an efficiency perspective – for instance increased flexible working and digital connectivity – and it is anticipated some will continue into 2021 and beyond.
"Elementis is truly committed to doing everything it can to keep our work places safe. We have implemented mandatory face coverings in the U.S. and as required locally in other countries, employees perform daily health screenings, cleaning and disinfection protocols are followed, limitations were placed on visitors/contractors and travel, and established quarantine requirements for close contacts and after vacationing to hot spots, just to name a few measures.”
